Our group sent Chelsea each of their assigned parts and she arranged them, edited, and put into a manuscript type form. Currently we are still missing one phone number from student, and the multimedia production. The people who these are missing from have been notified and we are currently waiting on them to finish their assigned parts. We also need screenshots for the social media strategy, the people who were assigned to those are going to go ahead and send them to Chelsea so she can insert them into the right spot. Each of our group members currently has access to the Google Doc and they are all going to be going through checking for spelling, grammatical errors, and formatting. To get done by the deadline, we have established that everyone will have their section recorded, 100 percent edited, and that they are completely satisfied with their work that is being submitted. Not many of us are familiar with Camtasia, but we will be using Camtasia to record each person’s designated section. Everyone will make their own slides, we will combine them together and each person will talk about their specific part of the project that they have done. To do this, the slides we need to be done by Thursday at the latest, and have their recording done by Friday so that our group can meet the deadline of the 26th. Each person will have already gone over there sections, made specific notes and details that they want to discuss and will roughly have two minutes to talk about their specific section that they wrote about.
Majority of our correspondence will be done by email, and we will be sending out an email further detailing what is due this week, how to do it, when to do it, and if they have any other questions to reach out to any team member. Currently we are looking into different formatting options, and inserting more graphics, potentially changing the fonts, changing or adding some coloring to wording. We are having some issues with the multimedia production, but are working on those so that is meets the requirements. This is a whole lot to get done this week, but everyone is committed to completing this project and putting forth their best foot so that the whole team will be able to succeed. With the help of emails and the Google Doc we will get everything done on time.
