What we did not accomplish-
We need to complete the introduction page, it is currently half-way complete.
Our Social Media Strategy is not finished. We have ideas that need to be elaborated on more thoroughly but have a strategy that is currently being evaluated for a more comprehensive implementation.
Fundraising Strategy needs further editing, its not quite complete yet.
Tracking, Evaluation, and Measurement needs to be finished through conclusive observation at week’s end.
The Team Social Media Campaign needs to be finished as well. The whole group is currently working on it.
The Multimedia Production page is almost complete. It mostly need further editing.
The Future Directions/Thoughts page is near completion as well.
How it will get done-
Everyone in the group is going to put their two cents on the Social Media Strategy portion and the Team Social Media Campaign section. We have our ideas for the paper, we just have not completely written them out. Everyone is working on their own page of the Social Media Strategy portion as well as the Team Social Media Campaign section. We are splitting it up the pages between the five group members so everyone is doing equal work.
Tristan is currently in the process of working on the Tracking, Evaluation, and Measurement page by observing available analytics for a comprehensive review of the most effective engagement on social media platforms in use.
Olivia is working on the Future Directions/Thoughts page. She is nearly half way complete with the page; she just needs to come up with a concise conclusion to wrap up the whole report.
Shannon is working with the Fundraising Strategy page. She is going to further talk about how she is linking the fundraising strategy with the World Pediatric Project’s social media platforms.
Diego worked with the Multimedia Productions page
Stephanie is working on completing the Introduction page.
Everyone is going to do their portion of work on the Presentation portion of the project.
For the Presentation the group is planning on emphasizing on the Social Media Strategy that we came up with as well as what we did with the Team Social Media Campaign and Multimedia Production portion of the project.
What we have accomplished-
-Social media has been distributed between the team with specific strategic goals assigned individually and collectively for the most effective and efficient approach throughout the current campaign as well as future recommendations for World Pediatric.
-Fundraising has been thoroughly discussed for our current campaign and future recommendations.
-Evaluations and measurements have been under consistent observation for current tweaks and future recommendations.
- The team has met weekly with consistent dialogue throughout the course for effective social media engagement, measurement and evaluation.
- Multimedia production has been discussed and we have come to a conclusion on the most effective way to present our work and recommendations for World Pediatric.
-Conclusions, group reflection and suggestions for successful engagement and fundraising through World Pediatric’s social media platforms are currently being evaluated for the final presentation and proposal by our team.
