With the final paper deadline approaching most of our draft is complete. There are still a few missing pieces, however most of the draft is complete. The team media strategy is still lacking in some of the social media areas. These areas include: the execution of the Pinterest platform (screen shots, and a brief explanation) the YouTube platforms (screen shots, links to videos, and a brief explanation, and Twitter platform (a brief explanation). This next week will consist on finalizing on these team execution efforts as well as editing the paper and completing the campaign presentation. The following tasks have been assigned to each individual of the group for the final week of class:
Kara: I will be in charge of editing the entire paper and making sure there are no formatting issues as well as grammatical issues. I will also submit the Instagram portion of the media campaign to Tyler for editing.
Tyler: He will be in charge of completing the social media campaign video. Each individual will submit a video explaining their campaign strategy and he will do the final edits to the overall video.
Ashleigh: She will be in charge of completing the future direction of the organization. She is also in charge of completing the Facebook section in the team media campaign. Also, she will submit the Facebook portion of her video to Tyler to be edited.
Sierra: She will be in charge of completing the Twitter section of the team media campaign in the paper. Also, she is in charge of completing the Twitter portion of the video and sending it off to Tyler for editing.
Niema: She will be in charge of completing the Pinterest section of the team media campaign in the paper. This includes a paragraph of how the strategy was executed as well as screen shots from the campaign. She will also be in charge of submitting the Pinterest portion of the video to Tyler for editing.
