We have the bulk of our social media campaign done. We all have to pick out screen shots to help World Pediatric Project understand the type of content they should be posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. With our social media strategy portion, everyone will go back to their parts and polish everything and make sure it looks good.
We still need to finish up our fundraising portion.
Our team social media campaign is something we as a group will discuss in detail next week, since we figured this would be our easiest portion. Most likely this portion will have an introduction as to how we as a team promoted World Pediatric Project’s cause. Everyone will write about half a page about how they themselves have promoted the cause, and the second half of their page will have screenshots.
One of our teammates has finished their multimedia element portion where they have described how these RVA stickers will help raise awareness. The complete WPP RVA stickers series will be completed by next week. This portion will also need to include how we will post the RVA WPP series over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pintrest. Since we want to also show WPP how they can use these as a teaser over social media, but also have a written statement to convince them to actually go through with making the stickers. Which will perfectly lead into our future directions portion.
Our future direction page is done and on of our teammates has written about how WPP’s YouTube account could be more useful and an effective way to spread the WPP’s message.
Lastly we need to do a title page, table of contents, and the contact page. Those will be the easiest, so have saved those for last. Everyone will edit our final, so that it doesn’t have any grammatical errors.
Here is a list of what each of one of team members is responsible for:
MADISON:
1)Social media strategy-
One page about how cross-platform strategy will help raise awareness in RVA. How should WPP connect Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest? Why is it important to cross post things on different social media platforms?
2)Team social media campaign
3)Future directions/thoughts (YouTube)
MOLLY:
1)Social media strategy- Twitter
2)Team social media campaign
3)Fundraising strategy
TYESHA:

3)Tracking, evaluation and measurement
