For this week, our team, Group 15, got a lot of work done on our first draft. We each decided on who was tackling which assignment and went from there. We comprised all of our creativity, organization skills, and communication skills this week to pull this all together. We finished our introduction and the basics of the format and design of the report. Our strategies for the different platforms we chose are done. We went into great detail here, so one thing we need to do is condense this part without pulling out too many important pointers for the client to use. Each part of the platform descriptions contains lots of information to describe how the client should use them and how it will affect their performance by utilizing each step we listed. It seems very hard to narrow down each of the informative sections in that part of our report. Serina and Danielle will tackle this by using their editing skills.
After we condense some of it, we need to add a few sentences on how each platform can or will cross with the others and how YouTube will be beneficial to add to this organization’s list of platforms. Ashly will take care of this part.
Our team social media campaign section still needs more description. Because most of us were doing a variety of posts and some of us were creating ideas later on in the course, we are not able to have a lot of cohesive examples of what we really wanted to say. We picked out the posts that we wished we could have gone further with, the ones we felt were more effective for the client. Each team member needs to fill in the appropriate portion of this part and give details on the direction of their idea and describe how they were promoting our client.
Our measurement section needs to be reviewed and condensed as well. Tarae will handle this part.
The biggest part that we did not accomplish this week was the multimedia production. We had a bit of technical difficulties in the beginning so we are going to work on that. However, we still need to decide what route we will go with this. We have a couple ideas of what we are going to include in our short video for this, but we need to make a final decision of what will be in it and what will not make it. Because of the technical difficulties we have to figure out how this portion will get done. Tarae and Serina/Danielle will most likely tackle this part together. One of them will do the pictures and the other will make and edit the video.
