In the Google Hangout their were representatives from the Doctor without border and Charity Water each Group was unique in the way it handle its social media approach and how they are able to project themselves as a on the global stage as a non-profit entity I had already heard about doctor without borders from pervious crisis in other world what I did not know about them is how they consist of a union of doctors and journalist working together to report the news developing in certain areas as well as treat the sick and injured in disaster zone. Since their organization spans across several countries they created branches in France, Canada, and Australia etc each one reporting on the various tweet that are put up and operating in sync which other branches over the available time zones to make sure a many questions are answer. Due to the fast pace of developing stories around the world they tie their daily Facebook post to major events happening around the world and wisely cross trace any pictures that are taken to see if posting it will harm their operatives in other part of the world since they function in places that are political hot zones which could spill out sometimes.
In the Charity Water presentation I loved the energy and enthusiasm the speaker had when talking about his organization Charity Water mission is to get clean drinking water to everyone in the planet which can be done only when committed individual goes out of their way to provide for people in such disadvantageous zones, their style of doing thing is unique in the sense the inspire people to do amazing and crazy things so as to push people to donate then later show the donor how their money is used to help people in a particular area get water which unfortunately could take a very long time however for the information to get reported back. However their policy of getting people to inspire one another is brilliant since the people outside the organization will have more ideas need to help the organization sell itself which has drawn in a lot of donations
