In your project team, you will complete the first draft of your social media campaign and strategy report. Many of you are already working in your teams on Google Drive to draft the report. Every team needs to upload the draft report to Google Drive and give Dr. Messner (mmessner@vcu.edu) and Jeanine Guidry (guidryjd@vcu.edu) full editing access. Click on the blue “Share” button in Google Drive and add their e-mail addresses to the list to give them editing access (you can deny access to anyone else at this point). Post the link of your Google Drive document at the top of your Reflection 5 post. Below the link, describe what your team did not accomplish in the first draft and what your team needs to complete in Week 6. Describe who will do which remaining task and how it will get done by the final deadline. The Reflection 5 post has to be 400 words long at minimum. One of the team members will post the joint answer in the Reflection 5 forum and put your team number in the subject line (e.g. Team 14). So, there will be one post for the entire team, but everyone needs to contribute equally to the work. Posts based on the work of an individual student only will not be accepted. You will receive feedback on your posting from course staff at the beginning of Week 6. Your answer is due on Sunday, Oct. 19, at 11 p.m. (Eastern U.S. Time). In your project team, you will work on outlining a social media fundraising strategy for your client and plan your multimedia components of your own campaigning for your client. For the fundraising part, outline the strategy. For the multimedia component, discuss what you will do for the client, who in your team will do it and how/when it will get done. In doing this, please consider the tasks expected of the overall campaign strategy. Together write 400 words at a minimum about your strategy outlines.
